This is another traditional Aran pattern.

Row 1 (Right side)—P5, si next 2 sts to dpn and hold in front, k2-b, then k2-b the sts from dpn (Front Double Knit Cross or FDKC); plO, FDKC, p5. Row 2 and all other wrong-side rows—Knit all knit sts and purl all purl sts. Row 3—P4, si next st to dpn and hold in back, k2-b, then p st from dpn (Back Cross or BC); si next 2 sts to dpn and hold in front, kl, then k2-b the sts from dpn (Front Cross or FC); p8, BC, FC, p4.
