Next row (RS) Cast off 5 sts, K until there are

8 (8:9) sts on right needle and turn, leaving rem

15 (16:16) sts on a second holder.

Cast off 3 sts at beg of next row.

With RS facing, rejoin yarn to rem sts on first holder, cast off centre 3 sts, K to end.

Complete to match first side, reversing shapings.



Cast on 85 (87:91) sts using 2mm needles and yarn B.

Row 1 (RS) K2 (3:0), P3 (3:2), *K3, P3; rep from * to last 2 (3:5) sts, K2 (3:3), P0 (0:2). Row 2 P2 (3:0), K3 (3:2), *P3, K3, rep from * to last 2(3:5)sts,P2(3:3),K0(0:2). These 2 rows form rib. Keeping rib correct, now work in stripes as foils: Rows 3 to 6 Usingyarn A. Rows 7 and 8 Usingyarn B. Rows 9 to 20 As rows 3 to 8, twice. Rows 21 and 22 Usingyarn A. These 22 rows complete striped rib. Change to 2%mm needles.**
