1 Work as for back, including armhole shaping, until front measures 8 (8'49V2, 10V2, 11V2) inches from CO edge for baby/child version or 13V2 (14'4154 16, 164 17V2) inches from CO edge for adult version, ending with a WS row.
2 If you are working on an odd number of sts, work to the center st and put the center st onto a safety pin or holder. If you are working on an even number of sts, work halfway across row, m1. Put this new st onto a safety pin or holder.
3 Put rem unworked right shoulder sts onto another holder or spare needle.
4 Turn and work left shoulder sts only.
