1 K across the number of sts indicated for your size and gauge in the second column of Table 10 and then put those same sts aside onto a strand of loose yarn.

2 K across the number of sts indicated for your size and gauge in the third column of Table 10. Leave these sts on the needle and put all rem sts aside on a second strand of loose yarn.

3 Going back to the sts on the needle, with working yarn still attached, use simple cast-on (see page 244) to CO the number of sts indicated for your size and gauge in the fourth column of Table 10.

4 You should have on your needle for the pinky the number of sts indicated for your size and gauge in the fifth column of Table 10. Divide these sts as evenly as possible over 3 dpns. Join these sts into a rnd for the pinky.

5 Knit until the pinky measures approx ri-T/i (r/i-13i, 13/4-2, 2-212, 2V2-23/4) inches from beg.

Note: If you have an odd number of sts, work as specified to last 3 sts, k3tog.

7 Cut yarn, leaving a 6-inch tail. Pull through rem sts and secure.
